If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a full refund. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

- Clear photos or videos of the product showing the defect or damage

Claim Review
Once your claim is received, our team will review your request and respond within 72 business hours to inform you if your refund request has been approved or denied. -
Refund
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not granted for products simply not wanted after opening.
- We do not offer refunds for issues caused by misuse of the product.
